As our products and services are custom designed and manufactured to individual client requirements, refund eligibility may vary depending on the stage of the project.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude or modify any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law. Cabinet Lab reserves the right to review and update this policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Policy
At Cabinet Lab, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery solutions. As most of our products are custom designed and manufactured to individual client specifications, refunds may not be available once design work, material ordering or manufacturing has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work has begun, a refund may be considered at Cabinet Lab's discretion, less any costs already incurred. We encourage clients to discuss any concerns with us as early as possible so that we can work towards a fair and reasonable outcome.
All refunds, cancellations and warranty matters are subject to Australian Consumer Law.
